Do you procrastinate?

Are there things you are putting off? Are there projects you need to get started?
Are there projects you need to finish?

I’m here to the rescue!

This is a round of tapping to get you feeling motivated to taking ACTION! This will help to clear the procrastination into getting things done.

Firstly get your to do list, or a fresh sheet of paper and write out the top three things you need to take action on, it could be that phone call you are putting off? Getting started on a project, tackling decluttering?

Think about about that thing you are putting off? What are your feelings coming up surrounding the task?

Rate it from 1-10 10 being very strong.

Tapping Transcript of the Video

  • Karate Chop (KC) – Even though I am procrastinating hugely at the moment and this leaves me feeling uninspired, stuck, lacking in motivation and frustrated, I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway
  • Karate Chop (KC) – Even though my procrastination really frustrates me, and I beat myself up about it, I choose to love and respect myself anyway.
  • Karate Chop (KC) – Even though my procrastination leaves me feeling stuck, I waste so much time and as the days go by, and I’m still procrastinating, I choose to love and honour myself anyway.
  • Eyebrow (EB) – I just feel stuck
  • Side of Eye (SE) – Lacking in motivation
  • Under Eye (UE) – I just can’t seem to get going
  • Under Nose (UN) – All these things to do
  • Chin Ch) – Are just overwhelming me
  • Collar Bone (CB) – So instead of taking action
  • Under Arm (UA) – I procrastinate instead
  • Top Head (TH) – I find something mind numbing to do
  • EB – Because that’s easier than taking action
  • SE – And another day goes by
  • UA – And I feel more and more stuck
  • UN – And this leaves me feeling frustrated
  • Ch – All this frustration
  • CB – I choose to let it go now
  • UA – Letting go of this need to feel safe
  • TH – Safe and stuck
  • EB – Its ok to be safe
  • SE – But not a the expense of reaching my goals
  • UE – So I choose to let go of feeling stuck now
  • UN – I choose to let go of this procrastination
  • Ch – And the way to do this
  • CB – Is by taking action
  • UA – I am ready to take action
  • TH – I am ready to move confidently in the direction of my dreams
  • EB – I have a big vision for myself
  • SE – And isn’t not going to happen by procrastinating
  • UE – I have big dreams
  • UN – And I choose to do one thing today
  • CH – That moves me in the direction of my dreams
  • CB – It could be that one thing I have been putting off
  • UA – That thing that has been on my to do list for months
  • CB – That phone call I have been meaning to make
  • EB – That person I have been meaning to get in touch with
  • SE – That thing I have just been putting off for no good reason
  • UE – I know what that one thing is
  • UN – And I choose to take action today
  • CH – I could be overwhelmed because this is just all too much to do alone
  • CB – If that’s the case
  • UA – I will fin the help today
  • TH – I will ask for help
  • EB – Rather than feeling that I have to do it all alone
  • SE – I am ready to delegate
  • UE – I am ready to take action
  • UN – I am ready to go for it
  • CH – Clearing away all the resistance
  • CB – That’s stopping me from taking action
  • UA – Letting it go now
  • TH – Moving confidently forwards
  • EB – Excited about where this will take me
  • SE – I am ready
  • UE – Ready to take action
  • UN – Clearing away the procrastination
  • CH – Clearing away the excuses
  • UE – Ready to take action
  • UN – Clearing away the procrastination
  • CH – Clearing away the excuses
  • CB – I am ready to do something today
  • UA – And that momentum will lead onto the next thing
  • TH – And the next thing. I am ready for this in body, mind and spirit.
